City Nature Challenge - Birmingham and Black Country

Scarlet Tiger Project –

10 am 26 April 2020 – north end of Roman Road bridle path ref. SO885834
This event is in conjunction with a global citizen science competition to record as much wildlife as possible in Birmingham and the Black Country boroughs of Dudley, Sandwell, Walsall and Wolverhampton over 4 days from 24 to 27 April 2020. We are planning to record all wildlife along Roman Road/Sandy Lane, Stourbridge for submission to Ecorecord. A similar event is being run from Norton Covert, Stourbridge by the Friends Group there (meeting at 10 am on 26 April). This is an exciting challenge and, even if you can’t make the organised event, and you live in Birmingham and the Black Country, please get out and record all the wildlife you find locally – in your garden of on our favourite path. For full details of how to help please visit the Facebook page or the website for Birmingham and Black Country Wildlife Trust
